Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2003 Pontiac Vibe- Video
Today on our 2003 Pontiac Vibe we'll be installing the Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller, part number TK90160, using the e-trailer brake controller install kit, part number, ETBC7. To begin our install we'll first go ahead and mount our 7 pole bracket to the 7 pole connector and then installing a Tow Ready no drill mounting bracket, part number 18136 onto the 7 pole connector bracket. For this application we'll be mounting the bracket upside down to allow for the 7 pole bracket to sit up tight and not drop below the hitch receiver tube. Note we'll go ahead and take our 7 pole connector and wrap it up with some black electrical tape. We're going to go ahead and trim the purple wire short as it's for trailer reverse lights which aren't going to be needed in this application. Now with our 7 pole connector mounted to the vehicle we're going to go ahead and remove the 4 pole connector exposing the green, yellow, and brown wires. We'll then go ahead and strip back the wires and prepare to install butt connectors. more

MagnaFlow Exhaust Installation - 1998 Pontiac Firebird- Video
Today in this 1998 Pontiac Firebird, were going to install part number MF10784 from Magnaflow. First thing were going to do is take our cutout for the exhaust and hold it in the spot were going to install it. Its hard to see but you can see how the pipe expands to accommodate the exhaust pipe on the vehicle. Now were actually going to make our cuts. Were going to mark it on the existing pipe and go past an edge about 1/4 inch to 3/8 of an inch. That way it will give us some working room to go left and right. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2009 Pontiac G8- Video
Today on this 2009 Pontiac G8 we are going to install part numbers 119176, the modulite from Tow Ready. And also we are going to install part number 118151 the modulite wiring kit. The first thing we need to do is get inside of the vehicle so we have to open up the trunk. And we will have to remove some carpeting and interior panels to get access to the wire harness. Remove the tie-down points so we can remove the threshold panel here. Push it back a little bit and then just pull up on the snaps. Alright, there are a couple more attachment points we need to pull out. Now that we have all of our panels pulled back, we have access to the wiring. And you can see here on the driver side, there is a battery. So we will run our hot lead for our modulite to the battery right here which is fine. 1:10 more
